Ordering & Products

Where are your products made?
Right here in Calgary, Alberta. Every piece is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Do you offer nut-free or vegan options?
We offer select products that do not contain nuts or animal products. That said, everything is made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

How long will the chocolate stay fresh?
Our chocolates are best enjoyed within 6-8 weeks. Keep them somewhere cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight.

Bonbons do especially well in the fridge. They’ll keep for up to six weeks at room temperature, or up to three months when refrigerated. For the full experience, let them come back to room temperature before eating. That said, some people prefer them slightly chilled, and we respect that. If storing in the fridge, tuck the box into a sealed bag to keep out any unwanted aromas.

Do you use preservatives?
No. We rely on real ingredients and proper technique, not preservatives. It’s why our chocolate tastes the way it does.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer local delivery in Calgary?
Yes. We offer local delivery within Calgary city limits for a flat fee. Delivery runs five days a week, with same-day or next-day options depending on availability.

Do you ship across Canada?
We do. Orders are shipped across Canada using Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post. We choose the best option based on your location and timing.

What if my shipping cost is incorrect?
If the shipping rate at checkout doesn’t match the actual cost, we’ll refund the difference. Simple as that.

Can chocolate melt during shipping?
It can, especially in warmer weather. We package carefully, but once it leaves us, we can’t control the temperature. If timing matters, we recommend choosing an expedited option.

Where can I find your stores?
You’ll find us in Calgary at:

Both locations are fully stocked and ready for walk-in visits.

Can I place an order for pickup?
Absolutely. Order online and select your preferred pickup location at checkout.

Custom & Corporate Orders

Do you offer custom or corporate gifts?
Yes. From small gestures to large-scale gifting, we offer custom options to suit a range of needs. Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.

How much notice do you need for custom orders?
It depends on the size and complexity. As a rule, the earlier the better.

Are all your products handmade?
They are. Everything is produced in-house by our team, one batch at a time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll make it right where we can.
