We guarantee that your chocolates will arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Simply email us at hello@chocolatelab.ca with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement order at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
