In-Store pick up:
FREE In-store pickup from our Factory Showroom (#4, 21 Highfield Circle SE, Calgary). Please check for current operating hours.
1: When you Checkout, you’ll be given options for Factory Showroon pickup. Fill out the shipping address with a local postal code to get the options to populate.
2: When your Order is ready, you’ll receive an email with Order details. You can pick-up your order during regular business hours. Please present staff with your name and order number when you arrive, and they will retrieve your order for you.
Calgary Wide Delivery
Our drivers deliver Monday – Friday between 12pm and 6pm.
We offer a standard $15 Delivery fee for same day/next day city-wide delivery, within Calgary city limits. If you live in Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere, or other surrounding areas, your order will be shipped via Canada Post or FedEx. Our drivers do not deliver outside the city limits. Please keep in mind, we are overwhelmed with orders during holiday seasons. We will do our best to get your order out for delivery, however same day delivery is not guaranteed.
1: If you place your order by 12pm weekdays, your order will usually be delivered the same Weekday. If your order is placed after 12pm, your order will be delivered the next Weekday. We are a contactless delivery service, so please leave a phone number in the Order Notes, so we can reach your recipient.
2: Our drivers will deliver your order between 12pm and 6pm.
Please note: Our drivers will not enter buildings, so it is your responsibility to have your recipient available, or provide us with detailed delivery instructions in the Order Notes, upon Checkout. Our driver will call/text your recipient using the provided phone number. If your recipient is not home, or nobody answers the call, our drivers will attempt to deliver the order between doors, or in a safe spot. We cannot be held responsible for damaged/missing orders, if your recipient is not available when our driver arrives.
Canada Wide Shipping
We ship orders Weekdays between Monday – Thursday.
The shipping rate is dependent on the shipping destination, carrier, and shipping speed (we offer several options, including Canada Post Expedited, XpressPost, Priority, as well as FedEx Express Economy,2-day and Overnight).
By completing your order you acknowledge that once a package leaves our Calgary Factory, we cannot be held responsible for any package delays as we have no control on potential delivery issues, including the chocolates being damaged in transit. COVID-19: FedEx and Canada Post are doing their best to continue operating as government restrictions and regulations allow, but they have temporarily suspended their money-back guarantee for late deliveries until further notice. We ask for your patience during these times, as Canada Post and FedEx are doing their very best, considering the current situation.
Taxes
All pricing shown on our website does not include taxes. The tax will be calculated at checkout and is dependent on the shipping address (if applicable), as determined by theĀ CRA.
For example, if your billing address is in Alberta, but you are sending a gift to someone in Saskatchewan., you will be charged HST and GST.
Shipping our giant ART EGGS
Our ART Eggs are fragile items. They are meant primarily for our local clients, and they are perfectly suitable for in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or local Calgary delivery. We do not recommend they be shipped due to their delicate nature.
However, we have shipped many ART Eggs safely to their destinations, and most people receive theirs intact, as we carefully pack and box them, and we place fragile labels on the box for shipping. However, we cannot be held responsible for any ART Eggs that are damaged while in transit, as we do not have control over the product after it has left our facility. If you must ship our ART Eggs, you acknowledge full risk by purchasing an egg to ship. We will not be able to replace damaged product.
